Leprechauns and Pots of Gold

At the moment I am on a lovely and long holiday in Ireland. We arrived after a long trip from Johannesburg International to Dubai, then to Gatwick, and after spending the whole day there we left for Ireland. It has been a lovely trip so far.

We watched the Rugby SA vs The Lions. And we won. Twice! Yippeeeeeeee. I have been reading a lot too…onto a new book (another Marian Keyes – actually the only one of her books I haven’t read). Here are a few Pics from our trip.

Kilkee (The Irish Beach, Brrr...). Actually it wasn't that cold but I feel as if I should say it was because it's in Ireland.

Green Green Green Pasta

Now I know this doesn’t look too yummy but I think it was rather good. Something very different, completely vegetarian and extremely healthy.

Yesterday I found myself searching around food websites for some easy-to-do recipes. I landed up making a combination of a few of them and this is how it looked.

green pasta

This pasta is a combination of spinach, basil, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, olives and chili. Yummy!!

While searching through many recipes I came across some sites with good food and ideas on them.
