Valentine’s Surprise

As this Valentine’s day was a leap year, I decided to create the perfect night for my husband.
I hand made everything. Served a Camembert and basil pasta with baby marrow and chicken breast. For dessert I made an ice-cream dessert that a good friend of mine told me about. Vanilla ice-cream, caramel treat, and nuttikrust biscuits layered to create a burst of flavour in your mouth.
I followed dinner by Matt’s favourite movie and then surprised him with a heart collage in our room.
